I have spent that time resisting, releasing and integrating these aspects into my whole Self. Now, I am leading others through their own resistance, integration and into heart based leadership.

Guidance for your path
Over the years, people have studied with me for a few weeks and then attempted to use the tools on their own. I have never met one who has succeeded. Why? Bc, they don’t have a conscious connection to the Shakti. Kundalini Shakti is the name for the light, power and force that is present in every moment guiding us from within and without. Once we connect with a Teacher who is able to teach us how to connect with the Shakti at will, we learn to harness that power within our own Heart. Then we hold the awareness and the power to lead others.
